Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your AmbiVision products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within **30 days** of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized products, hygiene-related items, or final sale items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Return Process
1. Contact us at support@ambivisionhome.com to request a return authorization.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and include your order number.
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
